1. FACILITIES:  

UPDATE:  PRAISE GOD WE HAVE OFFICIALLY PAID OFF THE ENTIRE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT FOR THE BVSA FACILITIES!!!!  THANK YOU TO ALL OF THOSE WHO HELPED MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!

 

2. MONTHLY SUPPORT:

To maintain the ministry (staff salaries, all monthly bills, and grounds maintenance) we need approximately $3,000 per month.  One-time gifts as well as monthly commitments are needed and much appreciated!

 

3. EQUIPMENT:

• Soccer Balls & Soccer Shoes (we are tearing through these on the indoor court!) please contact us for sizes or make a donation and note "for shoes/balls".
• Blinds for the classrooms and weight room windows (approx $400)
• Shelving system for the storage/equipment room (approx $250)
• Water sealant paint for the gymnasium (approx $750)
• Boys underwear & socks (size boys M and L)
• Youth-size knee pads and elbow pads for goalies (2 goalies age 12 / 2 goalies age 16)
• Deodorant and shampoo
• ink cartridges and paper for a SELPHY CP760 - found at Target (link here)

 

4. MONTHLY EXCURSIONS:

Our aim is to take the Rhinos on an excursion every month.  This could be to the park, to a movie, to the zoo, etc.  The purpose of the excursions are to broaden their horizons, provide opportunities for community outside their normal environment, and to reward the boys for attendance, grades, and effort.  An average excursion costs around $250 (30 meals, transportation, etc).  

 

If you would like to sponsor an excursion, please donate and note "excursion".  You will receive a special (and genuine!) thank you from the boys...  they love the excursions!
