Matt and Brooke were married in December of 2018, and didn't waste any time answering God's call to foreign the mission field.

The Rolfe's bring experience, unique gifts, and lots of joy to BVSA-Guatemala. Growing up in a close-knit Christian family, Matt has had a genuine love for Jesus from a young age.  He previously worked as a music producer in Atlanta, GA.  He loves sports, music, and is a gifted musician himself - playing drums, piano, and guitar.

Brooke grew up in the mission field in Guatemala.  She too began walking with Jesus at a very young age, and growing up as an MK helped her develop a deep desire for the nations.  She also loves making music, is fluent in Spanish, and graduated from the University of North Florida with a degree in Business Management.

The day after arriving in the mission field, the Rolfe's found out that a new member of the family was on the way! In September of 2020, James (Santiago) Matthew Rolfe was born in Guatemala.  Healthy and happy, baby Santi is a natural-born Guatemalan citizen, which should help speed up Matt & Brooke's residency process :)  Contact the Rolfe's at mattandbrookerolfe@gmail.com.

Family Support:  The Rolfe's family support covers their groceries, language school, and all standard monthly bills.  Their monthly budget has been approved by the BVSA Board of Directors.

Academy Support:  The Academy in Buena Vista, Guatemala has its own monthly operational budget.  This amount covers feeding all 36 boys and workers every day (over 800 meals per month!), paying support staff, and all bills and operating costs for the academy and classroom, tournament entry fees, and uniforms and soccer equipment.
