Kaitlyn Groover joins BVSA from our partner church, Compassion Christian Church (CCC), in Savannah, GA.

After Kaitlyn was saved by Jesus through the influence of the children’s ministry in her local church, she became passionate about leading kids to a life-changing relationship with Jesus.  She has pursued this calling by serving in children’s ministry and as an elementary school teacher in Georgia, Alabama, and Madrid, Spain. 

After returning to Savannah, GA from Spain, Kaitlyn began serving with the Latino Ministry at CCC, through which she had the opportunity to visit BVSA Honduras. While visiting the academy, the Lord confirmed a call on Kaitlyn's life to the foreign mission field. She discovered that God had perfectly orchestrated the last ten years of her life (children’s ministry experience, living in Spain, learning Spanish, serving Latino communities, teaching school, etc.) to prepare her for this.

We are thrilled to welcome Kaitlyn to our BVSA Family, and excited to see the Lord use her life for his glory in the mission field.
