Todd & Madi were married in January, 2020. They have two daughters, Emerson (1) and Ella (welcomed to the world in November of '22). 

The Spires join BVSA from Arlington Baptist Church in Jacksonville, FL, where Todd served as lead pastor. The local church is where his heart is.  He has a deep passion for exalting Christ through community, discipleship, and teaching God's word. Todd has always had a passion for global missions, and is excited to help BVSA in the area of church planting.

Madi grew up on the mission field in Guatemala and has always had a desire to return. She moved back to the U.S. to go to college at the University of North Florida, in Jacksonville.  After graduating, she worked as a second-grade teacher for 4 years until God called her to full-time stay-at-home mom ministry. She has a deep love for teaching children both academically and spiritually. 

The Spires are currently preparing for the mission field and aim to begin training in Quiche, Guatemala, in July 2023.
